The In-Betweeners convened for their first national meeting of 2024 this week!
Comprised of Seniors and newly promoted Principals, the In-Betweeners are a group of Engenites who’s goal is to provide a supportive and informal forum for sharing of ideas, problems or concerns amongst a cohort with similar career experience.
The In-Betweeners play a vital role in fostering collaboration and innovation between supervisors and project managers, with the aim to develop solutions and strategies related to business development, training, and Engeny culture and business growth.
