David has a proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and successfully influence and negotiate with stakeholders to achieve high quality outcomes within budgetary, time and other resource constraints.

David brings strong collaborative leadership in water and land use planning as demonstrated through the delivery of numerous landmark integrated water management, liveability, green infrastructure, ecosystem services and shared value initiatives.
