Our Engenites spent the day out of the office learning new skills and getting to know their fellow Engenites better! General Manager – Corporate Services, Kristy Fairbairn, spent the day sharing her wealth of knowledge on Priority Management and its importance to streamline workload for a happier, more effective workplace.
One of the activities of the day was a deceptively simple ball game. This was a lean exercise about systems efficiency, improvement and removing the bottle neck. The team had a lot of fun discovering the most efficient way to get the ball around the circle – it was vertical!
