Gender Diversity Without Trying

Engeny Water Management selects engineers based on individual merit, and as such, we are proudly heading toward a 50:50 male to female ratio within our busy workplace across all three offices! Though there is still a long way to go in such a male dominant industry, this achievement is a testament to Engeny’s progressive culture and commitment to identifying, developing and retaining talented engineers without relying on old biases or criteria, and instead focusing on the skill set of the shining stars coming up through the industry, regardless of their gender.

Currently boasting a 55:45 percent male to female split in our gender divide, Engeny looks forward to closing that gap and reaching a perfect balance as the collection of bright and brilliant female engineers within the industry continues to expand.
