Engenites companywide were thrilled to enjoy a rare chance to indulge in a full, in-person cross-office collaboration adventure recently when our entire Perth team and key senior staffers from our Newcastle and Melbourne offices made the trip over to our Brisbane office. Our Civil Design, Environmental, and Ecology disciplines benefited hugely from the chance to get together, brainstorm, and execute projects typically collaborated on from opposite sides of the country. We were all very pleased to welcome the Perthians to our busy Brisbane office, and made the most of being able to build in-person connections with our sister-office members, some for the first time since they joined us. It was hugely successful and exciting, and we look forward to facilitating this kind of inter-office collaboration in the future.
