Samantha Breslin, who is a senior engineer in the Brisbane Office, recently obtained her qualification for Certified Professional in Erosion and Sediment Control (CPESC). A CPESC is a recognised specialist in soil erosion and sediment control that has undergone approved educational training, demonstrated expertise and experience in controlling erosion and sedimentation, and meets certification standards. The CPESC qualification is certified by Envirocert International Inc. and administered by IECA Australasia in Australia and New Zealand.

Engeny is actively coupling its extensive understanding of water management and erosion and sediment control to develop practical and innovative solutions for its clients. In particular, Engeny recognises the opportunity to work with the resource sector to develop feasible strategies for often large-scale, non-urban activities. Samantha works extensively with the resource sector in environmental compliance and approvals and well development of site-wide water management and erosion and sediment control strategies. By combining this experience with the CPESC qualification, Engeny is well positioned to continue to support the resource sector in this area.
