Qaiser Hayat is a Chartered Civil/Geotechnical Engineer with 22 years of experience in the design and management of geotechnical engineering projects. Qaiser joined Engeny in July 2023 as a Principal Geotechnical Engineer and will lead the geotechnical team in Victoria.

Qaiser Hayat has a special interest and expertise in:
  • Geotechnical Design (retaining walls, slope stabilisation works, shallow and deep foundations, earthworks design, road subgrade assessment, ground settlement analysis, ground improvement)
  • Ground Investigation Planning and Reporting
  • Ground Risk Identification, Assessment and Management
  • Forensic Investigation of Geotechnical Failures
  • Impact Assessment of New Construction on Existing Infrastructure
  • Earthquake Geotechnical Engineering
