Kristy leads our existing internal professional teams and helps connect and align strategies between People, Finance, Commercial management, Systems and Improvement.
Kristy has over 20 years of experience across project and corporate roles within engineering, construction and mining organisations. Kristy has a passion for developing people-centric solutions and high-performance cultures in a profitable and sustainable way. Initially starting in Human Resources, Kristy’s experience and expertise quickly expanded to include strategy, business improvement, project management, safety, coaching, performance and improving commercial acumen and outcomes.
Kristy has a Bachelors of Commerce, Masters in Alternative Dispute Resolution, and for several years was a lecturer for QUT in Masters in Project Management. Her degrees are supplemented with a range of accreditations including Prosci Change Management Accreditation, Training and Assessment Systems Diploma, Frontline Management Diploma and accreditation in a range of leadership and psychology tools and internal auditing of management systems.
