Ailsa joined Engeny in April 2023 and has 18 years’ experience gained both in Australia and internationally. For the first 13 years’ of her career she was a consultant conducting, project managing and leading teams to deliver a variety of flood studies. Prior to joining Engeny, Ailsa spent 5 years leading teams and projects in the flood and drainage space to deliver outcomes for customers at Melbourne Water.
