Tom joined Engeny in March 2021 and is the Principal Environmental Engineer heading Engeny’s Toowoomba office. Tom has a background in water treatment systems, contaminated land management, and environmental management predominantly in the mining industry.

Thomas Sheppard has a special interest and expertise in:
  • Project management
  • Water management plans, Erosion and sediment control plans
  • Development and implementation of Environmental management systems, auditing, and risk assessment/management processes
  • Approvals processes
  • Regulatory compliance management
  • Contaminated land assessments and management
  • Stakeholder engagement (including cultural heritage)
