Andrew is a civil engineer with a post graduate diploma in management from Melbourne University and has over 30 years of professional experience. He has spoken at conferences and made a number of professional presentations and has produced dozens of expert reports. Andrew is a member of Stormwater Victoria and Engineers Australia.
